Terrazzo tiles in Quito

BAEC manufactures terrazzo tiles in Samborondón and delivers project by project to Quito and the northern Andes. Terrazzo adapts well to the Sierra climate: tiles are repairable, can be re-polished in place and have a service life of decades, without the thermal cracks typical of large-format porcelain in long corridors.

We work with architects, contractors and technical offices in Quito that need bespoke finishes — color, aggregates and format — for high-end residential, offices, retail and institutional projects. Production is to order with prior sample approval and a controlled 21-day curing window so the batch arrives ready for installation.
