Terrazzo tiles in Manta

BAEC manufactures terrazzo tiles in Samborondón and delivers project by project to Manta and the Manabí coast. Terrazzo performs well in marine environments: mineral pigments do not fade under sun or salt air, and tiles can be re-polished in place, with a service life of decades.

Manta concentrates the country's fishing and tuna industry, where BAEC's industrial line meets its most demanding use: high-traffic floors for processing plants and packing facilities, with a continuous, easy-to-clean surface. We already manufactured the floor of a shrimp-packing plant in Guayas with that line. On the urban front — hotels, residential buildings and seafront businesses — our exterior models come with factory anti-slip finishes for terraces, porches and pool decks.
