BAEC manufactures terrazzo tiles in Samborondón, minutes from Guayaquil. We are the only architectural terrazzo factory in the area — the same material used at SOLCA, Mi Comisariato and the shrimp packing plant comes from our floor.

For projects in Guayaquil we offer six lines: Polished Interior (residential and offices), anti-slip exteriors (grooved, textured, bush-hammered and sandblasted for terraces, patios and damp zones) and Industrial with diabase for warehouses, packing plants and factories. Made to order with bespoke color and aggregates.
